Floyd Mayweather, Logan Paul boxing match set for February 2021

It’s official. Floyd Mayweather and Logan Paul are going to face off in an exhibition boxing match.

On Sunday, the 43-year-old retired boxer and 25-year-old YouTuber shared the news on their respective social media accounts.

The match will take place on February 20, 2021 as a pay-per-view event on Fanmio. The cost is $24.99 for the first one million buys, and then the price will increase after that threshold is met and as the date nears closer, up to $69.99.

Since the face-off is an exhibition boxing match, the results will not count towards either of their professional records. Mayweather retired in 2017 with an undefeated 50-0 record with 27 knockouts while Paul is currently at 0-1. His loss was to fellow YouTuber KSI in a split decision.

Over a week ago, Logan’s brother, Jake, 23, knocked out former NBA star Nate Robinson on the Mike Tyson-Roy Jones Jr. undercard and the internet sensation has had other celebrities lining up for their shot, including Connor McGregor, who previously boxed Mayweather.
